For security reasons, we will need you to sign a RELEASING MERCHANDISE form with a copy of your ID and Credit Card.
We charge a 15% non-refundable restocking fee per pull.
Pull requests are required to come back within 48 hours. Additional fee will incur if it goes over the 48-hr period.
Returned items have to be in original condition with full packaging.
The stylist / Person who requests the pull is responsible to pick up and return the item(s); whether in person or via shipping.
